SEOCreativez.com ensures privacy and safeguard of each client’s data with 100% customer satisfaction. Any technical issue, processing error, copyrights charges, or failing to meet the requirements of clients will always be taken under consideration and all amount thus therein refunded back to the client’s account according to the refund policy.

Associate Agreement

• No verbal agreements will be considered. All agreements should be received and signed from both ends otherwise the company holds no responsibility or whatsoever.
• Payments for SEO, Web Development, Social Media Marketing, or any of our services are non-refundable even if a fee was paid in advance. Once a payment or deposit is made, there are no exceptions to our refund or Cancellation policy.
• Cancellation requests will be considered only when the request is made within 12 hours of placing the order and execution of the project has not started already.

Client must Acknowledge the Following Points with Respect to SEO Services

• All fees, services, documents, recommendations, and reports are confidential.
• SEOCreativez has no control over the policies of search engines with respect to the type of websites and/or content.
• Due to the competitiveness of some keywords/phrases, ongoing changes in search engine ranking algorithms, and other competitive factors, SEOCreativez does not guarantee #1 positions or consistent top 10 positions for any particular keyword, phrase, or search term.
• Occasionally, search engines will drop listings for no apparent or predictable reason. Often, the listing will reappear without any additional SEO. Should a listing be dropped during the SEO campaign and does not reappear within 30 days of campaign completion, SEOCreativez will re-optimize the website/page based on the current policies of the search engine in question.
• Linking to “bad neighborhoods” or getting links from “link farms” can seriously damage all SEO efforts. SEOCreativez does not assume liability for the Client’s choice to link to or obtain a link from any particular website without prior consultation.

SEOCreativez will not Work in the Following Categories

• Adult-related websites.
• Gambling-related websites.
• Foreign language websites (Presently we only offer website promotion to English Sites).
• Websites with less than 5 pages of content (400 words minimum, does not include any forms pages, Contact” pages, or “About” pages).
